Returns and Handling
SUPPLY ONLY MEASURING.
Our measuring service is FREE for the local area and is based on our understanding of your requirements, whether from verbal instructions, plans, measurements supplied by you. We endeavour to supply the correct quantities of tiles, making a small allowance for cutting and wastage. We strongly recommend you ask your tiler to measure the area to be tiled, as he will know from his own experience how much cutting and wastage allowance he will need for his work.. Tilers will normally measure the area free of charge as part of their service. We CANNOT be held responsible if you are short of tiles or have tiles left over. We CANNOT be held responsible for any charges your tiler may make to you due to shortage of tiles.
Handling Charge
Tiles surplus to requirements will ONLY be accepted back, if they are in full unopened boxes and no more than 4 weeks old from the time of purchase. We CANNOT accept any Border or Décor tiles, as we are unable to return them to our suppliers. We regret that NON-STOCK tiles can be subject to a 25% handling charge.
